Grand Opening Ceremony was Oct. 1, 2011
(Media, Council, & WCDS Reps. were on hand)
Life Guards ran a special event during the afternoon and for the first come first served crowd there was cake, coffee or juice, prizes, and politicians.

Councillor Wallace, Steve Delaney, Mayor Milobar cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the sauna and steam room at the Westsyde pool.
